ok
so i'm sort of forcing myself to blog, since it's about an hour from the champions league final, and i've got pretty much nothing to do. might as well keep my blog alive until i hit 20000 hits.
anyway it's been a pretty decent week overall. my indon mission trip is coming along nicely, after a rather shaky start. we've finally got our priorities sorted and got some organisation to ourselves, so it's looking peachy. that is until money comes into the picture. money's still tight, but i'm sure we'll pull through. for those who're bothered, i'm going to be away from the 5th to the 12th.
sentosa on monday, which was a bit of a mistake, the beach was waaay crowded with the vesak day crowd, not to mention palawan beach (our initial destination), which seemed as though there was some huge gathering for all people under 14 years of age. well thankfully we decided to make the move over to siloso beach, where the crowd (and by crowd i mean crowd) was much better, though still not overly pleasing to the eye. no photos here because i have like, 4 photos from the day, and no group photo, mostly because some people left without a word halfway through, and also because i was, well, lazy to gather everyone for a photo. overall, still a good day, topped off with a visit to good ol' tanglin area where we stopped by 2 Ridley Park for my dose of cargasmic goodness. in that brief second i spent outside the house i spotted 5 cars and identified a Murcielago, an F430, a 911 GT2 (i think), another car that was blocked from my view (possibly a 575 Maranello), and most importantly, a Zonda. total value of those 5 cars, easily more than $7 million. the bulk of that's because of the Zonda though, which is worth between $3-4 million. someday, it'll be my turn to take over that house. i'm serious!
and then we come to today, which was really an okay day until the crappy ending. but oh well, at least there's soccer to cheer me up! my money's on pool to win the damn thing, and so's my heart. and i think majority of the neutrals out there are also rooting for the reds.
and tomorrow (26th May) is the police cup finals! that's JC rugby for you, so if any of you have the time, make your way down to police academy. i'm not sure what time the match starts as of now, but i believe it should be somewhere around 4.30pm to 5pm.
well, that's about all the updates i have now. time to wait for the big match.
