Arrested Development

i'd always known i wouldnt regret spending all that time downloading the first season of this show (it took what, 2 months to download?). but i never expected it to be this good! seriously, the show rocks harder than mick jagger on 'roids. a lot of people were surprised when it upstaged many other favourites last year to win 'best comedy' at the emmys (myself included), but now that i've been through 2 seasons of it, i honestly think that no current comedy even comes close to it. it's such an awesome show, with great musical and comic direction, and too-good-to-be-true casting (how brilliant are jason bateman, will arnett and alia shawkat?). and yet, FOX may not renew it for a 3rd season (yes, i'm starting to hate FOX already). they've already reduced season 2 by 4 episodes, so it's a distinct possibility. i think channel 5's still screening it, not sure though, but if you ever get the chance, do catch this show. you won't regret it. and if you like it, go here or here to petition to save the show.

also, the mosquito problem around here is getting out of hand. when i take a shower i can easily kill up to 4 mosquitos, even before my hair gets wet. i might even start breeding frogs to solve the problem.
